Rat blood pressure

With a Samba Preclin transducer it is possible to perform real-time monitoring of invasive blood pressures with extremely high resolution and accuracy in a rat.

Arterial and venous blood pressure can be measured in the rat as well as left and right ventricular pressure, and right atrial pressure. Simultaneous monitoring of both the left and right ventricular pressure of the heart in the same rat is also possible with the use of two Samba transducers.
